In For The Long Haul, Not Just Election Time!

Once again there is fly-tipping on Castle Street today!

Our commitment to Stalybridge is all year round and not just at election time.

Following the sale of Back Melbourne Street car park to Aldi Stores Ltd, we are calling on our council to invest in our remaining car parks.

Earlier this year I wrote to TMBC about our Town Centre's closest long stay car park and there has been a huge improvement but we cannot simply keep paying to remove the rubbish of the people who have total disregard for our Town. They cannot be educated, they don't care and have no respect. Prosecution is the only answer.

We want our car park properly lit, resurfaced and with C.C.T.V. keeping everyone safe and fly-tippers away.

We are not just litter pickers for elections, we work for Stalybridge all year round.
